The Faculty Career Champions Program equips KSU faculty with resources, insights, and practical strategies for supporting student career development. Through a one-day training, participants explore career readiness trends, learn about key campus resources, and discover ways to integrate career readiness into their courses and student interactions. Our goal is to build a campus-wide network of faculty champions who help students prepare for their futures and make career readiness part of the KSU experience.
