The Summit & The Summit II | Suite-Style

The Summit II, opening Fall 2026, is the newest residence hall on the Kennesaw Campus. First-year students applying for on-campus housing for the 2026–27 academic year can select The Summit II during Step 3: Room Selection in the Housing Application. Be among the first to call The Summit II home!

Located on the south side of campus across from the Bailey Athletic Complex, The Summit and The Summit II offer a variety of living options, including double occupancy, single occupancy, and one-bedroom floor plans.
