Submit a Maintenance Request: Housing Portal

Maintenance Requests

For all maintenance issues not considered to be a maintenance emergency, please log into the Housing Portal. Click on the "Maintenance" tab at the top and follow the instructions to enter a work order.

Maintenance How-To Guide

Once you submit a Maintenance Request, you will receive email updates regarding the status of your work order. Please check your KSUMail inbox regularly for updates.

Our maintenance team typically responds to and addresses requests within 48–72 business hours, depending on the complexity of the issue.

When maintenance staff arrive at your unit, they will knock and announce themselves before entering. Please note that they may enter your unit to complete the requested work even if you are not present.

North Campus Recycling

The North community is proud to offer a recycling program for on-campus housing! This year marks a significant milestone for our North community as we introduce the first-ever recycling program for on-campus housing! Recycling is a simple yet effective way to conserve resources, reduce waste and curb pollution. By recycling plastic bottles & jugs (plastics #1 & #2) and metal cans, we can take a significant step towards a greener campus.

For more information on how you can sign up for a recycle bin please visit the Sustainability website.
