housing for both KSU and non-KSU student guests during the summer at our Kennesaw
or Marietta Campuses. Whether guests are participating in research, training or other

your programming by submitting a request through the KSU Reservations system. While
we can handle your programming needs, an administrative fee will apply if additional
services beyond lodging are coordinated.

The Summit $28 per bed, per night
Welcome to The Summit, our newest community located on the south side of the Kennesaw
Campus, across from the Bailey Athletic Complex. This suite-style residence hall boasts
spacious double bedroom floor plans. Each floor of The Summit offers ample community
space and kitchenettes with a sink area and microwave.

Located on the north side of the Kennesaw Campus and just a short walk across the
pedestrian bridge to the main part of campus, University Village is a community of
apartment-style units. Each premium apartment is equipped with a full kitchen with
appliances, a washer/dryer, dishwasher and fully furnished living rooms.

Hornet Village $28 per bed, per night
Hornet Village is one of two suite-style communities on the Marietta Campus. Both
phases of Hornet Village offer spacious, double bedroom floor plans. In this building,
you are close to many of the Marietta Campus offerings such as Stingers and the multi-use
field at the center of campus.

Howell Hall $28 per bed, per night
Howell Hall is centrally located on the Marietta Campus. This five-story residence
hall features traditional double-occupancy units. Renovated in 2021, the residence
hall offers fully furnished bedrooms, a spacious lounge area on the first floor and
large community bathrooms on each floor.

On the Marietta Campus, enjoy a more intimate setting at Stingers* with six distinct stations, each providing a unique culinary experience. From gluten-free to vegan options, we've got your preferences covered with clear allergen labels for worry-free dining. Don’t forget to quench your thirst with our Coca-Cola Freestyle machines — they have the perfect sip for every mood.
*Stingers dining hall on the Marietta Campus will be closed Summer 2025 for renovations.

dining during each meal period.
Summer Dining Rates
For your convenience, we offer two distinct dining options tailored to your group's
needs:
Group Dining Meal Plans: Ideal for attendees who wish to dine together as a collective.
Individual Access Plans: Designed for guests who prefer the flexibility of dining
independently during standard business hours.
Please note that individual Access Plans are exclusively available to groups composed
entirely of adult participants due to liability and supervision requirements.
If a group operates a program or activity that provides care, custody or control of
minors, the Permit Holder must comply with all requirements of the Institution's policy
on programs serving minors.
Any program or activity involving non-enrolled minors must be registered and approved through the Programs Serving Minors Registry. Programs serving minors held on KSU campuses or using KSU’s name or resources must be overseen by a KSU sponsoring unit and approved before activities with minors take place.
Housing Policies
No alcohol or drugs may be consumed or brought onto the Licensed Premises.
No smoking or tobacco use is permitted in any room or apartment or in KSU’s buildings.
No firearms, weapons, ammunition (except as specifically allowed by applicable federal or state law), fireworks, explosives or highly flammable materials are permitted within KSU’s buildings or on KSU’s property.
Except for service animals, no animals are permitted in rooms or apartments or in KSU’s buildings without prior written permission from Housing and Residence Life (HRL).
No hot plates or cooking appliances are permitted in rooms or apartments. Cooking
may be allowed in kitchen areas only (if applicable).
No remodeling or renovating of rooms or furniture will be permitted, including, but
not limited to, tampering with electrical or mechanical fixtures, placing of antennas
or appliances out of windows or removing or adding furniture without permission from
HRL.
No alterations whatsoever of the rooms or apartments are permitted, including attaching
any objects with adhesives, nails or screws without permission from HRL.
No tampering with or removal of windows or window screens from any part of any building
within the Licensed Premises is permitted.
No tampering with the fire system or firefighting equipment is permitted.
No removal of lounge or common area furniture into individual rooms or apartments
without permission from HRL.
No gambling or solicitation in any form is permitted.
No parking in the service or fire lanes adjacent to KSU’s buildings is permitted.
The Housing Policies are a subset of the KSU Codes of Conduct and applies to all clients
and guests utilizing Kennesaw State University facilities. Please know that this is
not an exhaustive list of policies; however, all clients and guests shall abide by
the rules and regulations found in the Residential Handbook and the KSU Codes of Conduct.
