Coming Soon! The Summit II

The Summit II is scheduled to open in Fall 2026 for First-Year students and will feature primarily double-bedroom suites. Located directly across from The Summit, this brand-new facility will be available as a housing option for students applying to live on campus for the 2026–27 academic year. During Step 3: Room Selection, students will have the opportunity to choose The Summit II and be among the first to enjoy its modern amenities.

Welcome to The Summit and The Summit II, our newest communities for First-Year residents located on the south side of the Kennesaw Campus, across from the Bailey Athletic Complex. This suite-style residence hall boasts spacious double-occupancy, single-occupancy and private bedroom floor plans. Each floor of The Summit offers ample study and community space, as well as laundry rooms and kitchenettes with a sink area and microwave.
