Mobility Science

The Mobility Science research track, led by Professor of Exercise Science Dr. Mark Geil and comprising 12 faculty members from Wellstar College of Health and Human Services, the Southern Polytechnic College of Engineering and Engineering Technology and the College of Computing and Software Engineering,the proposed project seeks to create an innovative therapeutic technology that leverages soft robotics, incremental body-weight support, markerless motion capture, and machine learning to deliver robot-assisted crawling therapy for infants with cerebral palsy.
