eAccounts App Login Update – Action Needed
UITS has upgraded the Transact eAccounts Single Sign-On (SSO) system from ADFS to Entra ID effective February 2, 2026 at 9 PM.
After the upgrade, some users may experience difficulty logging into the eAccounts app to view their KCash or Meal Plan balances or to manage their Mobile Talon Card. If a “system unavailable” error appears, users should delete and reinstall the eAccounts app. Reinstalling clears the previous cache and enables the updated login process to load correctly.
Balance information can also be viewed at kcashmanager.kennesaw.edu or through the Transact Mobile Ordering app on Google Play or Apple App Store.

Kennesaw State University offers beverage and snack vending throughout both campuses in administrative, recreational, academic and student housing areas.
Coca-Cola vending machines accept cash and credit/debit payments and most Coca-Cola vending machines accept KCash and Dining Dollars.
Snack vending machines only accept cash, credit/debit payments, KCash and Dining Dollars.
For Coca-Cola machine refunds, each machine now features instructions and a phone number that customers can call to process refunds.
For snack machine refunds, each machine now features instructions and a QR code that customers can scan to process refunds. Refunds can be issued immediately via Zelle or Cash App.
