Scrappy Bucket List

Earn the "Share Your Voice" item on Scrappy's Bucket List by completing NCHA! Can you complete 63 before your degree?

  • 15,000 randomly selected degree seeking students who are 18 years or older will be invited to complete the NCHA.
  • Yes, participation is completely voluntary and confidential. A unique ID number is embedded in the survey link and is used to manage the survey sample. The on-campus survey administrator maintains the list linking the email addresses to the unique ID numbers, while ACHA maintains the data file of survey responses containing unique ID numbers. To ensure confidentiality, ACHA does not have access to student email addresses, and the on-campus survey administrator will never have access to NCHA responses until the unique ID numbers are removed and destroyed. The raw data file that is shared with the on-campus survey administrator will not contain any unique identifiers. If students feel that answering specific demographic questions might reveal their identity, they may leave them blank. Any reports or publications based on this research will use only group data and will not identify any individual as being affiliated with this project.
  • The NCHA is completed online via the Internet. A software program generates a unique survey link for each student who is invited to participate. Look for an email from ncha@kennesaw.edu for your chance to participate!
  • We encourage you to complete the survey in one sitting, which typically takes 20–30 minutes. However, you may take a break and return later to finish it in another session.
  • The NCHA is a survey designed to assess student health behaviors in order to provide better services and support for Kennesaw State University students. This information will be used to develop wellbeing programs and services for Kennesaw State University.
  • Title of Research Project: National College Health Assessment 2026
