Upcoming Cybersecurity Awareness Training
Kennesaw State University (KSU) is required to conduct cybersecurity training twice annually, once in spring and once in fall.
Fall 2026 Cybersecurity Awareness Training
The Fall 2026 Cybersecurity Awareness Training begins on September 16 and ends on October 21, 2026. The training will be available on the KnowBe4 USG-provided cybersecurity training platform, which is integrated with university Single Sign On and can be accessed via the link below during the designated time period.

Department Sessions
The Office of Cybersecurity offers personalized department cybersecurity sessions that are tailored to specific operational scope.
These sessions provide an opportunity for targeted discussions about the cybersecurity risks your team encounters and how UITS can help mitigate those risks. Participation in a departmental session satisfies the institutional cybersecurity training requirement.
Sessions may be conducted in person or via Microsoft Teams. Interested departments can submit requests for these sessions through the KSU IT Service Desk at service@kennesaw.edu until October 15. Please add the subject line "Scheduling Department Cybersecurity Compliance Training" when submitting your request.
