Upcoming Cybersecurity Awareness Training

Kennesaw State University (KSU) is required to conduct cybersecurity training twice annually, once in spring and once in fall. 

Spring 2026 Cybersecurity Awareness Training

The Spring 2026 Cybersecurity Awareness Training begins on March 16 and ends on April 20, 2026. The training will be available on the KnowBe4 USG-provided cybersecurity training platform, which is integrated with university Single Sign On and can be accessed via the link below during the designated time period.

Additionally, you can attend one of the two in-person sessions scheduled during the month of April on both the Kennesaw and Marietta campuses:

  • Wednesday, April 8th
    •  11:00–11:30 a.m.
      Kennesaw Campus
      Location: Academic Learning Center, Room 4104
  • Monday, April 13th
    • 11:00–11:30 a.m.
      Marietta Campus
      Location: Wilson Student Center, Room 216 

Please Note: The Training Dashboard lists a deadline of May 1 because it reflects one minute past the University System of Georgia (USG) official deadline of 11:59 p.m. on April 30th. However, KSU has set a firm internal deadline of April 20th.
