If you're new to KSU or setting up access for the first time, be sure to complete your FERPA training and Buckley Form on the Obtaining Access webpage before submitting any access requests.
New User Banner Admin Pages
The Banner Admin Pages New User Form is used for employees who are new to Kennesaw State University or new to their department and need Banner 9 Admin Pages access to complete their job duties.
Add/Change Banner Admin Pages
The Banner Admin Pages Access Add/Change Form is to be used to provide additional access to employees who currently have access or who have recently changed positions within a department to complete their job duties.
OnBase User Request
The OnBase User Request Form is used to provide access to the KSU Document Management System- OnBase.
Decisions - Grade Change Access Request Form
The Decisions - Grade Change Access Request Form is used to request access to submit grade changes through the Decisions platform on behalf of faculty or to approve requests submitted by faculty at the Department Chair, Program Director or Dean level.
Add-Change Request For Schedule Building Class
The Add-Change Request For Schedule Building Class is used to gain access to the Banner Admin Pages Schedule Building Security class applications. Please note that if the employee does not currently have Banner Admin Pages access, the Banner Admin Pages New User Form must be completed.
Add-Change Request for Change Degree Advisor Access
The Add-Change Request for Change Degree Advisor Access is to be used to provide access to the Change Degree Program/ Advisor menu in KSU Connect. Please note that if the employee does not currently have KSU Connect access, this must also be requested by emailing service@kennesaw.edu.
Hold Management Portal Access
The Hold Management Portal Access form is used to gain access to the Hold Management Portal in KSU Connect. The portal contains the “Add Hold” and/or "Remove Hold" application(s). Please note that if the employee does not currently have KSU Connect access, this must also be requested by emailing service@kennesaw.edu.
Owl Express Student Information Security Request
The Owl Express Student Information Security Request Form should be completed by employees that need access to the Advisor tab in Owl Express. This also includes access to DegreeWorks and EAB Navigate.
Class Roster Security Recertification Request Form
Employees that need access to all class rosters outside of their college located via Owl Express should complete the Class Roster Security Recertification Request Form. This form is used to review, justify, and recertify expanded roster access to ensure compliance with student data security and FERPA guidelines.
Course Substitution Portal Form
If your role requires you to submit course substitutions on behalf of the student or requires you to approve requests, please complete this Course Substitution Portal Form to receive access.
Intelligent Capture Transcript (ICT) Access Request Form
The Intelligent Capture Transcript (ICT) Access Request Form is used to request, modify, or remove access to the Intelligent Capture Transcript system, which supports the receipt, processing, and management of student transcript records.
