Types of Support We Provide
- Build/Update new university pages.
- Correct broken links, fix formatting errors, and update outdated information using a Content Management System (CMS) (Modern Campus Omni).
- Create go.kennesaw.edu links.
- Add documents as links: pdf, docx, pptx, xlsx.
- Build forms using Omni or Formstack.
- Build image galleries. (Images must be under 1M)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across university web pages (academic programs, admissions, events, etc.).
- Add multimedia (photos, videos, graphics) and optimize them for web use.
- Recommend improvements for site structure, navigation, and usability.

Web Ticket Submission Guidelines
When submitting web requests, please follow these best practices to help the web team process your updates efficiently:
Small Updates

- For minor text or image changes, you may submit your request by email service@kennesaw.edu or through the Web Request Form.
Multiple Changes or Pages

- If your request includes updates to multiple pages, please attach a Word document that lists each page URL along with the requested changes.
- Related page changes can be combined into a single ticket, just be sure the details are included in the attached document.
Complex Requests

- For more detailed updates, you may include screen shots with annotations to clarify your edits.
- You can also request a brief consultation with a web team member directly in your ticket or specify someone familiar with that section of the site.
Program Finder Updates

- For changes related to the Program Finder, please note in your request that it should be directed to Malik Jones.
Requesting Web Team Input on New Pages

- If you’d like to consult with the web team before creating new pages, submit a web ticket outlining your goals and the type of support you need (content planning, layout, UX, etc.).
- The team will schedule a short consultation to guide next steps.
The StratComm Web Team Cannot

Create/edit any facultyweb.kennesaw.edu pages. That is maintained by EAS - Web Services and Mobile Development (UITS).
