Partner with Purpose at KSU 

The Partners-in-Success Program at KSU's Department of Career Planning and Development (DCPD) is designed to recognize organizations that provide significant support to KSU, enhancing visibility and optimizing recruiting effectiveness across both KSU campuses. The program includes 25 sponsors, categorized into three tiers: 5 Diamond Sponsors, 10 Platinum Sponsors, and 10 Gold Sponsors. Each sponsorship level requires an annual financial commitment, with detailed financial information available upon request. If the desired sponsorship level is full, organizations can join a waitlist at no cost and will be notified when a slot becomes available. 
 
Sponsors receive a variety of benefits, including the first right of refusal for events, admission to Job and Internship Fairs, and advertising and promotional opportunities. These advantages are designed to maximize the recruiting effectiveness of sponsoring organizations and ensure they have ample opportunities to engage with KSU students and graduates. The maximum amount eligible for a charitable tax deduction is determined by subtracting the fair market value of any benefits received from the total sponsorship level amount. Please consult your tax advisor to understand how these benefits may apply to your individual tax situation. 
 
To qualify for the Partners-in-Success Program, organizations must be licensed to do business in the US, post job opportunities on Handshake, and attend at least one event (excluding job fairs) per year currently or moving forward. Diamond Level Employer Partners will receive the highest level of advertising and promotional opportunities.

  • Registration and prime table location for 3 job fairs within two consecutive semesters, 4 reps/parking and electricity ($2475 FMV)

Job Fair Add-ons

Expand your reach at DCPD-hosted job fairs with Optional Job Fair Add-ons is ideal for promoting full-time, part- time, internship/co-op, and seasonal roles. Add-ons are an addition to your sponsorship level and annual commitment. 
 
Note: Add-ons are available in addition to job fairs included with sponsorship levels. Applicable only to DCPD- hosted events. 
 
Partnership level donation + Job Fair Add-on choice - Job Fair(s) FMV = maximum amount eligible for tax deduction. The Job Fairs FMV for Unlimited Add-on is $4550  

Unlimited: $3,000 - Unlimited job fairs  
Plus 3: $1,500 - Any three job fairs  
Plus 2: $1,000 -Any two job fairs

Printed Material Inside Job Fair Attendee Bags/Folders - $300  

  • Promotional paper or brochure handouts; no giveaway items

  • All job-related materials must be approved by a DCPD Employer Relations staff member 
  • Handouts are supplied by the employer and must arrive in DCPD office no later than 5 business days before the event
