OLI Coaching Workshops introduce faculty and staff to coaching as a practical and powerful approach to everyday interactions at Kennesaw State University. Through a two-part learning experience, participants build a shared coaching language, strengthen communication skills, and apply coaching behaviors that support clarity, accountability, and connection across teams and roles.
