The KSU HR Team is committed to meeting or exceeding the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) listed and strives to complete all requests in a timely manner. With the work required for the ERP, we are updating our SLAs to better reflect the compensation team’s abilities to manage the significant volume of requests and demands of the ERP. Please allow us to process requests within the SLA time allotted.

Notes: All requests received after 3:00 p.m. will be logged as received on the following business day.

Additional processes (i.e. Advanced Salary Increase (ASI) approval) may be required that is outside the compensation process. When this additional process is required, the SLA listed below will need to be extended to account for the time needed to request and receive the ASI approval.

The Compensation SLA will start at the time the HRBP submits the ServiceNow ticket. Any incomplete submissions, missing information, or job descriptions not created or revised on the original word version will delay the process and impact the SLA.  Incomplete requests will be placed in a “pending” status until all completed documentation is provided through the ServiceNow request.

*Indicates steps may happen simultaneously.

**ASI when required will take additional time for approvals.  President ASI approval typically takes 3-5 business days and USG ASI approval typically takes 1-3 weeks.
