Congratulations to the 2025-2026 High Impact Leaders Program (HILP) Graduates

Kennesaw State University proudly congratulates the graduates of the 2025-2026 High Impact Leaders Program (HILP), who completed this prestigious leadership development journey and were recognized during a special graduation dinner on May 7, 2026.

HILP is a year-long program designed to prepare early to mid-career faculty and staff for future leadership opportunities at KSU. Through a combination of leadership curriculum, collaborative learning experiences, practical skill development, and engagement with University and community leaders, participants gain the tools and confidence needed to make a lasting impact across the institution.

Throughout the program, this exceptional cohort demonstrated a commitment to personal and professional growth while strengthening key leadership competencies. Participants explored the Competing Values Leadership framework and engaged in hands-on learning focused on giving and receiving feedback effectively, navigating difficult conversations, handling conflict with confidence, and transitioning from peer to manager. They also benefited from the insight, mentorship, and expertise shared by KSU leaders and community partners.

The culmination of the program was celebrated at a graduation dinner attended by Provost Dr. Ivan Pulinkala, Chief Business Officer Dr. Lesley Netter-Snowden, and Chief Human Resources Officer Karen McDonnell, who recognized the graduates' dedication, perseverance, and achievements throughout the year.

As these talented faculty and staff members continue their leadership journeys, they carry forward the knowledge, relationships, and experiences gained through HILP. Their commitment to excellence, collaboration, innovation, and service will help shape the future of Kennesaw State University and strengthen the communities they serve.
