Learning Experience Design
The Learning Experience Design functional area partners with faculty to create engaging,
accessible, and student-centered learning experiences. Through instructional design,
educational technologies, faculty development, and evidence-based teaching practices,

Content Strategy and Multimedia
The Content Strategy & Multimedia functional area strengthens the university's digital
presence through strategic communications, data-informed decision making, and engaging
multimedia solutions. DLI manages digital communications, websites, social media,
branding, analytics, and institutional reporting while producing high-quality graphics,
videos, podcasts, photography, and other multimedia resources that support teaching,
learning, outreach, and university initiatives. By combining creative storytelling
with strategic content management, DLI delivers accessible, engaging, and brand-consistent
