Coles Advising Appointments

Students can schedule a 30-minute in-person session on the Kennesaw Campus or virtual appointment with an advisor. This option is best when you are looking to plan for future semesters, review your progress toward graduation, discuss study abroad programs, review transfer credits, or address advising-related holds. Same-day appointments are not available. Appointments tend to fill up quickly. The next available appointment may not be until next week.

The log-in is your NetID and password. The same as logging into Owl Express.

During drop-in hours, students can meet with an advisor (virtually or in-person) without having a scheduled appointment. These meetings are for quicker advising conversations*. These meetings are usually no more than 15 minutes long. Students are seen on a first come first serve basis and meet with the next available advisor. Please be aware that your meeting may not be immediate. The front desk staff can give you an estimated wait time.

Mondays and Tuesdays 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Wednesdays and Thursdays 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Drop-In Advising will be unavailable Thursday, August 6^th.
