Dr. Cartwright joined the Office of Institutional Equity in September of 2023. Her previous experience within higher education has been Housing and Residence Life, Student Conduct, EEO, behavioral intervention and assessment,  and Title IX.  Prior to arriving at KSU, Camille served as Director for Student Conduct and Title IX and served as the Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) Chair at San Antonio College, in San Antonio, Texas.

Camille acquired her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University. She earned her doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Colin Chadwick joined the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) in February 2023. He brings over 18 years of experience working in higher education and is currently serving as the Associate Director of OIE and EEO/Title IX Investigator.  Prior to joining OIE, Colin worked for the Department of Student Conduct and Academic Integrity (SCAI) at KSU for 13 years and served as its Director for his last 6 years with the office. 

Colin holds both a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

Kelly Johnson, M.S.L., is a Fulbright Specialist and serves as an EEO Title IX Investigator. She brings extensive experience in legal compliance, human resources, and people management. With a solid background in both corporate and academic environments, Kelly is dedicated to promoting a fair and equitable workplace. She ensures compliance with Title IX regulations and conducts thorough investigations into claims of discrimination and misconduct.

Kelly's professional journey includes significant roles in corporate people management and HR partnership at Verizon Wireless, where she worked as a supervisor in the Headquarters Executive Relations Office. At Apple Inc., she held management positions, leading teams and driving operational excellence and employee engagement. These experiences have sharpened her skills in leadership, conflict resolution, and the development of workplace strategies that foster diversity and inclusion.

Additionally, Kelly has a strong legal background, having served as a Legal Project Manager at UPS Corporate. In this role, she managed EEO and employment law matters, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and played a key role in maintaining the organization's integrity.

Kelly is a certified mediator with a Master of Studies in Law from Fordham University School of Law, as well as certifications in Crisis Management and Business Resiliency from MIT. She brings a unique perspective to her role at Kennesaw State University, blending her expertise in legal compliance, crisis management, and HR practices to create a just and equitable academic environment.

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Keith James is a veteran higher education professional and currently serves as an Equity and Title IX Investigator.

His areas of expertise include residence life, student activities, student conduct, behavioral intervention, and Title IX. Before arriving at Kennesaw State University, Mr. James served various institutions as the Chief Housing Officer, Chief Judicial Officer, Director of Student Life, Title IX Coordinator, and Director of Title IX & Equal Opportunity. 

Mr. James has been active in multiple professional organizations and currently holds active membership with the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) and the Association for Student Conduct Administration (ASCA). 

Mr. James has a passion for leadership development, staff training, and emergent trends within higher education. 

Mr. James is the co-author of the journal article "Devising Strategies to Address Threats to Enrollment Management Practices" which was published in November 2023. 

Mr. James is also a co-author of the "Case Study Resource" that was published by the Association for Student Conduct Administration in the summer of 2024. 

Mr. Keith James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Church Leadership with a focus on youth ministry from Newberry College (SC) and a Master of Arts in Higher Education degree from John Brown University (AR).

McKenna joined the Office of Institutional Equity in Spring 2019. With years of experience in office and administrative settings, she is very motivated to help students, faculty, and staff in her role.

A native of Acworth, Georgia, McKenna received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Georgia, with concentrations in Sociology and Criminal Justice. Upon completing her degree, she also earned her interdisciplinary Certificate of Gerontology at North Georgia.

Isis-Nashe’ Scott joined Kennesaw State University in April 2024 and became a member of the Office of Institutional Equity in October 2024. With over a decade of customer-facing experience, she leverages these skills to fulfill a passion for helping others. A native of Savannah, Georgia, Isis-Nashe’ earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice from Clayton State University in 2019 and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Cybersecurity at KSU.
