Unified Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project
You are invited to join faculty and staff from across the University System of Georgia (USG) for the public launch of the Unified ERP Project. The event will take place on April 16 from 10 – 11 a.m. and will be held as a virtual town hall open to all KSU faculty and staff. Registration is not necessary, but we encourage you to mark your calendar and join the conversation.
During the session, you will learn:
- The vision for the Unified ERP Project
- Why USG is undertaking this systemwide transformation
- How the program will roll out across institutions
- What this means for everyday tasks such as leave requests, timesheets, expense reports, and other employee or manager self-service functions
- The long-term benefits of a more connected and modern administrative experience
Kennesaw State University is taking part in the Unified Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project, a major initiative across the University System of Georgia to upgrade and unify the systems we use every day. This project will replace current institutional legacy systems for Human Capital Management and Financials (such as PeopleSoft and OneUSG) with a new integrated system, Workday ERP. This will streamline core business processes, improve reporting, and increase collaboration and efficiency across all institutions within the university system.

Project Timeline
The current Oracle systems, including PeopleSoft and OneUSG, will be replaced by the Workday ERP. Both the Human Capital Management (HCM) component and the Financials (FIN) component are expected to be fully implemented by Summer 2028.

A public program launch will take place in early April. This event will be open to all USG personnel and will provide an overview of the Unified ERP program. More updates on the launch and project progress will be shared from the Project Leadership Team via this website and the Weekly Feed.
