The Kennesaw State Credentialing Georgia 2026 Conference, Concept to Credential: Aligning USG Micro-
Credential Initiatives will drive conversation and collaboration among higher education institutions around innovative credentialing for Georgia learners. This inaugural gathering will serve as a catalyst for discussing micro-credentialing efforts across universities. Our shared goal is to support Georgia’s commitment to lifelong learning and workforce readiness through coordinated, forward-thinking credentialing strategies.
This summit-style conference will:
• Facilitate knowledge sharing through slide presentations, interactive discussions, and collaborative sessions.
• Highlight best practices for implementing and scaling micro-credentialing initiatives.
• Foster partnerships among institutions, industry leaders, and stakeholders to align efforts and create
impactful learning pathways.
• Lay the foundation for ongoing strategies for Georgia learners that support workforce readiness and
lifelong learning.
