Reformer Pilates - OwlFit Instructional Programs
Reformer Pilates is a type of Pilates practiced on a machine known as a reformer. This class is more intense and dynamic than a typical Pilates class due to the addition of resistance springs and is low impact enough to be accessible to anyone. Registration is required ahead of time due to limited equipment.
Pilates - OwlFit Group Fitness
Pilates is ideal for beginners and those who want a safe and effective class experience to build a social Pilates foundation. Focus on form and alignment to help you master the Pilates fundamentals, so that you can get the most out of your workout as you become more advanced.
Bootcamp - OwlFit Group Fitness
Bootcamp is an interval training workout, using moderate-high intensity exercises that help you develop physical and mental stamina.
