HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a combination of athletic-based strength and cardio movements in a circuit training format. This full body workout will incorporate a variety of equipment and activities to achieve all-around fitness.
Nature Bound: Coffee Shop Rides
Join Outdoor Adventures for a fun bike ride from the Kennesaw Campus on the Noonday Creek Trail! No bike? No problem! We will meet at Outdoor Adventures where bikes and helmets will be provided for those who reserve one in advance through registration. We will visit a nearby coffee shop on each ride.
