Faculty Academic Resources and Registrar Tools

Engagement of students is essential for their learning.  In order to maintain interest in, achieve a working knowledge of, and eventually master a subject or concept, students need opportunities and environments that support reflection, practice, constructive feedback, and collaboration. These resources will help ensure students have the opportunity to succeed in their academic journey.

The Fall 2026 application to graduate deadline is Monday, August 31, 2026.

Students who do not submit their application for graduation by the deadline will not be eligible to participate in commencement. Students should see their academic advisor or graduate program coordinator for details about submitting the application for graduation.

Faculty Access

  • The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education.

    FERPA gives parents certain rights with respect to their children's education records. These rights transfer to the student when he or she reaches the age of 18 or attends a school beyond the high school level. Students to whom the rights have transferred are "eligible students."
