Each semester, the College of Computing & Software Engineering hosts a variety of events and initiatives for students to participate in outside of the classroom. To celebrate student engagement, we offer students the ability to track how many CCSE events & opportunities you engage in and award engagement points for your efforts, with prizes and recognition offered at the end of the semester. Points will reset after each fall/spring semester.

Fall 2026 Student Engagement Challenges

• Participate as a mentee in the CCSE Mentoring program - 1 point
• Join a student organization as a regular member - 1 point OR Serve as a student organization officer - 2 points
• Participate as a peer mentor in the CCSE Mentoring program - 2 points
• 9/2 Attend Career Compass: Investing in Your Resume (RSVP) - 1 point
