Graduate Students

Master's Programs prerequisite override request form

Please reach out to your Graduate Program Advisor or Coordinator directly (via email) for assistance with other override requests: Graduate Program Coordinators.*

*Note: These instructions apply to Graduate students needing an override for CSE 7983 (or any other 5000-9000 level CCSE course).

 

Undergraduate Students

 

 

CCSE Repeat Override Request

Summer 2026 requests must be submitted by Noon on Wed, May 27, 2026.

Fall 2026 requests must be submitted by Noon on Wed, August 19, 2026.

 

Complete the form linked below to request to take a CCSE course for the 3rd (4th or more) time (W and WF grades count).

We only process requests for the following course codes: CS, CSE, CGDD, DATA, IT, STAT, and SWE.

You will be notified of approval/denial via the email you provide, so MAKE SURE IT IS FREE OF TYPOS!

Student addresses should be in the following format: netID@students.kennesaw.edu.

Important Policies & Deadlines

  • We will not process repeat requests for in-progress courses.
    • Please do not submit a repeat override form until the final grade has been posted.
  • 3rd Attempt overrides will be reviewed by CCSE Academic Advisors.
  • 4th+ Attempt overrides will be reviewed by CCSE Program Coordinators.
  • Summer 2026 requests must be submitted by Noon on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.
  • Fall 2026 requests must be submitted by Noon on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
