We’re here to support you throughout your academic journey, offering guidance, resources, and encouragement along the way!
Advising Appointments:
Schedule a 30-minute appointment with your Academic Advisor to talk through your academic plans and goals. This is a great option if you need help planning future semesters, checking your progress toward graduation, choosing courses, or resolving an advising-related hold. We’re here to help you feel confident and prepared for your next steps!
Virtual or in-person appointments are available and can be scheduled through EAB Navigate.
Drop-In Hours:
Need a quick answer? Try Drop-In Advising! Meet with an Academic Advisor virtually or in person for quick questions or brief advising support. Drop-in appointments are typically 15 minutes or less and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment is needed, but wait times may vary.
Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Wednesday & Thursday: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

In-Person Drop-In: Visit us in the Bagwell Education Building, Suite 225.
Appointment & Drop-In Availability
Appointments & drop-ins are not available on the following dates due to university or office closures:
August 14: Office closed from 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. for an advising-wide meeting
September 7: KSU closed for Labor Day
November 26–27: KSU closed for Thanksgiving
December 25: KSU closed for the Winter Holiday
December 28–January 1: KSU closed for the Winter Holiday
