    The House Committee makes sure the Staff Senate operates with accountability and efficiency. This committee oversees three critical areas: Bylaws, Budget, and Policies. They are responsible for reviewing, drafting, and recommending amendments to the organizational Bylaws, ensuring financial stewardship through careful budget planning and oversight, and establishing policies that guide the conduct and operations of the Senate.

By identifying and celebrating the achievements and dedication of staff, the committee aims to boost morale, encourage high performance, and enhance staff engagement across the organization.     The Communication and Collaboration Committee plays a vital role in ensuring transparent, effective communication and fostering collaboration among staff members within the organization. This committee is responsible for coordinating and disseminating important information to staff through various channels, including the organization's website and social media platforms. Additionally, it produces a monthly newsletter that highlights key initiatives, achievements, and upcoming events, ensuring staff members are well-informed and engaged. The committee also organizes town hall meetings, providing a forum for open dialogue, sharing updates, and addressing staff concerns. Through these efforts, the Communication and Collaboration Committee enhances the sense of community within the organization, promotes a culture of inclusivity and transparency, and supports the Staff Senate's mission to serve and represent staff interests effectively.
