Access Cayuse

The KSU Institutional Review Board now uses Cayuse as a proposal management platform. All submissions, modifications, renewals, etc. will now go through this portal. You will receive decision information and feedback emails from the IRB office via this system.

You can reach the Cayuse portal Below. The system works best with Firefox or Chrome.

All faculty are automatically added to the system as users. If you are a staff member or student, and do not already have a Cayuse account, please request one by accessing the form with the button below. Please allow at least a week before you need to access the system, since these are processed manually on a periodic basis. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been created.

Before Creating A Cayuse User Account

The way you navigate to the IRB module is different in the new system. You will use the Product switcher at the top right of the screen. Please see the screenshot below.

Note One:

Please submit only one (1) Cayuse user account request from this page, multiple submissions delay the new user account creation process. If you need to change your department choice, send an email to: irb@kennesaw.edu.

Note Two:

If you requested a Cayuse user account last semester or in any prior semester, do not resubmit a request via this form. Cayuse accounts created during previous semeters are still active in the Cayuse system. If you need to change anything in your Cayuse account, send an email to: irb@kennesaw.edu.

First time submitters, please review the information that populates the fields on the form to make sure it is correct and be sure to select the proper department.
