PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have sufficient funds to pay for what you want to print, you can go to a KCash terminal or visit the KCash Manager to add funds to your account.
Assistance is available in the libraries and student labs. However, if you are in another location and have trouble with a copier/printer, call 470-578-6999 to talk to the help desk.
Beginning in July 1, 2022 (FY23), Copier Services moved to a decentralized funding model. Departments that choose to have their Ricoh machine removed can enter a service ticket through the UITS website. Departments that keep their leased machine(s) will be responsible for the annual lease cost and other supplies (e.g., paper, staple cartridges).
Faculty and staff should load KCash to their Talon Card to pay for personal copying and printing at a convenience copier located around campus. Departmentally leased copiers should never be used for personal printing or copying.
When do the changes to the program structure for faculty/staff copy/print machines take effect?
Who supplies paper for the copy/print machines?
When will departments be charged for copier lease costs and copy/print charges?
Departments will continue to be billed monthly for copy/print charges and will be billed annually for the cost of leasing the Ricoh machines at the beginning of each fiscal year.

What if I need to print something personal?
Copier Services and University Information Technology Services are pleased to announce the release of Scan to Email. This new function is coming to Ricoh printers across campus. Our goal is to have this additional feature installed on all Faculty/Staff printers by the end of January 2021.
Scan to Email allows users to scan a document, and instead of it going directly to a network drive, it is sent to a designated email address. We encourage users to adopt the easy-to-use Scan to Email tool. This new feature allows users more flexibility for reviewing their scanned documents by letting them determine where and on what device they retrieve them.
How long can I access my scanned document?
Can I email a scanned document to someone outside KSU?
Can I email a scanned document to multiple people?
I have run into an issue trying to use Scan to Email. Who should I contact?
Is Scan to Drive still available?
What if Scan to Email doesn't work for our department's needs?
Can I use Scan to Email for confidential documents?
Campus Postal Services makes it easy to return your used ink and toner cartridges.
No need to e-mail, enter work orders or make phone calls; just leave your used cartridges with the outgoing mail. Campus Postal will pick up cartridges and have them routed to be picked up by the shipping carrier.
For help with a machine malfunction, contact the Help Desk at 470-578-6999 or service@kennesaw.edu.
