Reserve an Event Space at Sturgis Library

The University Libraries allow other KSU colleges, departments, and clubs to reserve two of our rooms in the Sturgis Library for meetings and/or events. The Hub, on the ground floor, and The Nest, on the first floor, are meant to be welcoming areas to showcase teaching, learning, scholarship, research, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The Hub

Reserve a Room in Sturgis Library

Permanent assignment of library space is not made to any academic group or social organization. Library space may not be used for any “for profit activity” (such as tutoring, promotions, etc.). Meeting spaces are available only to approved university departments and organizations, and the designated department contact must be present for the duration of the event. For student groups, faculty advisors must submit the request, sign the agreement, and attend the entire event. Please view the Library Space Usage Guidelines prior to making your reservation.
