Whether you’re stepping into management for the first time or bringing years of leadership experience, KSU’s New Manager Orientation—Nest to Navigator—provides the tools, resources, and connections you need to lead effectively. This program helps you understand KSU’s systems, policies, and campus culture while building confidence to guide your team toward success.

Program Details

Nest to Navigator includes self-paced OwlTrain modules and a 30-day consultation with Organizational Development and HR Business Partners to answer questions, provide guidance, and support your first month in your new role.

As you progress over the next six months, you’ll receive an invitation to our Manager Certificate Program, designed to strengthen your leadership skills in key areas such as performance coaching, accountability, conflict resolution, and professional development.
