Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership and Institutional Development (OLI)

The Division of Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership and Institutional Development (OLI) is dedicated to developing people and processes for institutional excellence at Kennesaw State University. We serve as a trusted, relationship-driven partner across campus, creating opportunities for faculty and staff to grow as leaders, strengthen their teams, and navigate change with confidence. Grounded in research and evidence-based practices, our work is designed to build capacity at every level of the institution, supporting not just individual development, but the systems and structures that enable long-term success.
