Kennesaw State University values the incredible contributions of our faculty and staff. Based on your feedback, we’ve transformed our traditional Employee Appreciation Week into a series of year-round appreciation events designed to offer more flexibility and greater opportunities for participation.

Join us for exciting activities like Chili ‘N’ Cheer, Trivia Challenges, Staff Awards, and more! These events are all about recognizing your hard work and making it easier for everyone to celebrate, no matter your schedule.

Staff Awards

Recognize Outstanding Staff

Nominate exceptional KSU staff members for the 2026 Staff Awards! These awards honor employees who demonstrate innovation, leadership, and dedication to KSU’s mission—and winners receive financial incentives ranging from $5,000 to $7,000.

Nominations are open through Friday, January 23, 2026. Submit your nomination and two letters of support to celebrate the incredible contributions of your colleagues.
