Expo & Capstone Projects

The last leg of our students’ journey to their degree is a capstone project.  SeniorElectrical Engineering and Computer Engineering students form small teams and spend two semesters planning, designing, and building this project.  The completed projects are displayed at the Senior Design Expo held at the end of each term.  Recent project examples include an automated pill planner, a fiber-optic drone, a medical monitoring bracelet, and a smart jacket for eluding surveillance.

Students fund these projects out of their own pockets.  If your company
supports a Senior Design Project team with a $500 donation, the team will show their gratitude by displaying your logo on the completed project and including an acknowledgement on the team’s presentations.  You will also receive a copy of their final report.

You can choose to donate to all the teams, or you can support a specific team.  Teams from the current semester who are seeking support will be shown at the bottom of this page.
