  • Each placement will consider each Fellow’s interests, academic background, skills, career goals, and placement preferences alongside the needs of partner organizations. Specific organizations or positions cannot be guaranteed.
  • Placements may include work in communications, community engagement, data analysis, research, program evaluation, organizational development, client services, technology, and other areas aligned with partner needs.
  • Placements are with nonprofit organizations serving communities across Metro Atlanta. Fellows are responsible for reliable transportation to and from their assigned placement throughout the summer. Geographic preferences and transportation considerations will be taken into account during the placement-matching process, particularly when they affect a Fellow’s ability to access a placement site. While every effort will be made to consider these needs, placement in a specific geographic area cannot be guaranteed.

Scholarship & Academic Credit
