Architecture Summer Academy
We are thrilled to host the Architecture Summer Academy, a 10-day (2-week, July 6 - July 17, 2026) immersive ‘design exploration’ summer program ‘pre-college’ experience designed to provide high school students with an introduction to the world of architecture as a potential future career path.
It is designed to help high school students of all levels learn about architecture and what it means to study architecture and design in college.
Students will learn about the profession and be introduced to the process of design through an architectural project. Academy participants will engage with the built environment in new, exciting, and fun ways while learning the skills needed to succeed in college or profession.

In an architectural studio setting, participants will be introduced to historical aspects of architecture as the solid-state foundation of societies, engage in design theory and exercises, and participate in hands-on design projects to develop their creative skills, while gaining valuable experience working collaboratively to build meaningful connections with other students, professional, and faculty members. During the sessions, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of events and activities designed to give you a well-rounded experience.
