At the Dr. Bobbie Bailey School of Music, performance is both a discipline and a living exchange, where tradition meets experimentation, and where artists gather to create experiences that resonate far beyond the concert hall.

This season brings together internationally acclaimed guest artists, celebrated faculty performers and the next generation of musicians through a range of orchestral, choral, jazz, chamber and solo performances. From the precision and power of the Wind Ensemble and Symphony Orchestra to the expressive artistry of Jazz Ensemble I and the Chamber Singers, each ensemble contributes a distinct voice to a season shaped by collaboration and musical excellence.

As the KSU Symphony Orchestra extends its reach internationally through a performance tour in Europe, the Bailey School of Music continues to affirm music’s ability to connect communities across history and perspective. Through every rehearsal, recital and performance, students engage music not simply as repertoire, but as a shared human practice — one that invites audiences to listen more deeply to the world and to one another.
