Project Overview

This project is a renovation of a portion of Buildings 100 and 200 at Chastain Point. The Bailey School of Music component is a gut renovation of a portion of Building 200, creating a recital hall, rehearsal halls, classrooms, practice rooms, and faculty and staff workspace. The Textiles and Surface Design component includes a gut renovation of teaching labs, a dye lab, and faculty workspace.
