Upload a Photo and Government ID for Your Mobile Talon Card

Psst... DO THIS NOW!

Take a passport-style photo facing forward on a white background without any moulding, corners or ceiling showing.

For the best user experience, please follow these instructions on your mobile device using the Transact eAccounts app to upload a new photo:

  1. Select “Kennesaw State University” from the list of schools.
  2. Sign in with your KSU Net ID — make sure you have set up Multifactor Authentication (MFA), it is required to submit your photo.
  3. Click the Settings tool and select “Submit ID Photo” and “Get Started.”
Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Review the Photo Requirements and tap to upload your photo (or take a photo).
  5. Once you have added your photo, tap where prompted to upload a photo of your ID document (current US driver’s license, current passport, current government ID).
  6. Tap “Submit & Sign Out.” You will receive confirmation on your screen as well as through your KSU email.
  7. Once your photo has been approved by KSU Talon One Service Center staff, you will receive additional instructions for accessing your Mobile Talon Card via KSU email.

Visit the KSU Bookstore

Purchasing your course materials is easy!

If your professor has selected Day One Access (D1A) course, the materials can be accessed on the first day of class through D2L Brightspace. Your student account will be charged after you register for a class. If you choose to opt-out or leave the class during the drop/add period, your account will be credited back the cost.

All other course materials can be purchased by visiting the KSU Bookstore website. Select the term, department and course section, then click "View Your Materials." When purchasing other books, login using SSO to view the complete booklist.

Stop by the KSU Bookstore or shop online to show your school spirit with KSU branded apparel and take advantage of your educational discount on technology purchases from OwlTEC.
