Report Your Student Learning Outcome Data
If the AoL and APR schedule indicates that you have AoL Annual Results due this year, then please use the AoL Annual Results form to complete your submission.

What results should I report?
For annual results due in March 2027, programs will need to report the results for all PSLOs and one student success outcome using the Annual Results form. Data collection on all PSLOs should include all data collected since your last AoL submission.

How should I format my results?
As indicated in the Annual Results Form, please complete the following:
For the Annual Results submission, complete the provided template for all PSLOs. The current, approved program assessment plan is needed to complete parts of the template.
Reporting Annual Results
The data are only for students in the program collected during the assessment cycle.
For the program results, provide the measures and metrics stated on the assessment plan. Include any notes or comments as necessary. -
What if I have results due but do not have any results to report?
New programs and other programs that do not have any students currently enrolled may not have results to report; HOWEVER, these programs are still expected to submit documentation that shows missing data. Please complete the Annual Results Form with all pertinent information (PSLO’s, assessment measures, description of the sample) where data will be collected/analyzed and explain why no data is available in the appropriate areas of the form.
