Information for Select Accredited Programs
If your program has a specialized accreditation and you are NOT following the KSU
AoL process, your program will submit annual results or a report that includes multiple
years of assessment results for all PSLOs (using reliable and valid measures) as well
as strategies for improving student learning. The reporting schedule will indicate what your program is expected to submit each year. Please check the reporting schedule to see what is due for your program.
PLEASE NOTE: The annual results or multi-year report serve as evidence of assessment and continuous
improvement for KSU's SACSCOC accreditation (Standard 8.2).
How do I Submit the Annual Results or the Multi-Year Report?
The annual results or multi-year report is submitted to our Assessment Office using
a simple report submission form from SmartSheet that will be emailed to program coordinators.
When are the Plans, Annual Results or Multi-Year Report Documents Due?
All assessment reporting (results, report, or self-study documentation) is due March 2027
