Glowga Yoga - OwlFit Special Events
Let's glow! Try out a yoga class under the lights - glow supplies provided while supplies last. We will start off the event with a power yoga that gets you moving and energized and end with a soothing restorative yoga session to bring you back down and calm your mind. There is no requirement to join both classes. Class 1 (Power) 6:00pm-6:50pm, Class 2 (Restorative) 7:00pm-7:50pm
