The Montepulciano Summer Consortium Program is a month long consortium-based education
abroad program in Montepulciano, Italy. The Montepulciano Summer Consortium is built
around a general education study abroad model that provides students with the opportunity
to satisfy general education requirements and/or upper-division courses in multiple
disciplines. To promote a variety of course offerings, full-time faculty from all
disciplines at Summer Core consortium institutions are encouraged to apply for a teaching
position. The consortium is hosted by KSU, but is in partnership with Georgia College,
