This workshop is designed for mediators who are interested in setting up their own mediation practice. Ever wondered what your mediation career is going to look like now that you have completed the relevant mediation training and have registered with GODR? This course will comprehensively cover the skills needed to setup a successful mediation practice. It will present market research, competitive analysis, Georgia court systems ADR process and lucrative areas in need for mediation services.

Workshop attendees will be taken through various aspects of running a mediation practice (marketing, branding, operations, automation & social media presence). The workshop will discuss strategies for mediators to consider in order to penetrate the mediation market. It will provide various possible pathways through which their mediation practice can be more profitable.

At the end of the workshop the participants will have a thorough understanding of - ADR process throughout Georgia (Will cover major counties in GA) - Mediation training plus other qualifications required - Risk management and formulating business policies - Marketing and establishing your brand - Mediation practice business plan.
